Combining art and affirmation, artist, Janet Carroll Meeks’ take on the Law of Attraction has lead her to launching her own take on the medium of garden stones which is evidenced on her new site, MudPies.biz. Launching in November 2008, the site has also added a new blog which reflects upon the concept of Wabi Sabi.
Embodiment, accordingly, is two-fold -the physical being but the temporary husk, so to speak, in and by which the real and permanent ethereal organism is individualized and perfected, somewhat as ‘the full corn in the ear’ is reached by means of its husk, for which there is no further use.
Quite frankly, the Law of Attraction is not a belief system, set of rules, doctrine or religion of any sort. It is simply a Law that exists. The Law states that whatever you think about the most with the strongest emotions while thinking (either consciously or unconsciously) you will attract.
In order for the law of attraction to work in any area of your life, no matter what you are attempting to accomplish, you must have complete faith that you will achieve it. Another big secret to utilizing the law of attraction is to begin acting as if you already possess whatever it is you desire.
In the Law of Attraction, we are taught to shift our perception to what we want to see instead of what we see with our own two eyes. Others, who don’t understand this, believe we are just ignoring the world’s problems.
The year 2009 is being designated as the year of change. In Japan’s ancient capital of Kyoto, Seihan Mori, chief monk at Kiyomizu temple, declared “change” to be the country’s character or “kanji” in the coming year, on the basis of a popular vote.
When our eyes are opened, self-preservation will make us stop all evil thought. Those who live by hate will die of hate: that is, “those who live by the sword will die by the sword.” Every evil thought is as a sword drawn on the person to whom it is directed.
